the client to the bathroom as necessary.

Attends
scheduled therapy sessions for better understanding of a client's
needs and progress.

Encourages
and assists the client to attends all therapies and programs ordered
by the doctor.

Plans
and organizes care so that patients can attend activities or therapies
as scheduled.

Observes
and reports unusual symptoms, changes, accidents and injuries.

Make beds and clean room on a daily basis.

Maintains
good standards of cleanliness and grooming.

Must
have good physical health and be willing to be on her/his feet
during the entire work shift.

Participates
in patient care conferences.
