  1. Treats patient with respect at all times
  2. Provides personal hygiene care
  3. Assists the male client to shave daily.
  4. Assists in serving and feeding.
  5. Use safety measures for patients and self when using body mechanics, side-rails, collapsible tubs, etc.
  6. Assists with restorative nursing procedures: good body alignment, bed positioning, range of motion exercise, transferring patients with the use pf gait belt, etc.
  7. Assists the client to the bathroom as necessary.
  8. Attends scheduled therapy sessions for better understanding of a client's needs and progress.
  9. Encourages and assists the client to attends all therapies and programs ordered by the doctor.
  10. Plans and organizes care so that patients can attend activities or therapies as scheduled.
  11. Observes and reports unusual symptoms, changes, accidents and injuries.
  12. Make beds and clean room on a daily basis.
  13. Maintains good standards of cleanliness and grooming.
  14. Must have good physical health and be willing to be on her/his feet during the entire work shift.
  15. Participates in patient care conferences.
